Julie Meyers graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2014 with a diploma in Respiratory therapy. After graduating, Julie worked at BC Children’s and Women’s Hospital working with both neonatal and pediatric patient populations. In 2017, she started working with Interior Health to gain experience working with adult patients. In 2019, Julie completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Thompson Rivers University.
Julie currently works as a Community Respiratory Therapist between 100 Mile House and Williams Lake in British Columbia, Canada. In her spare time, Julie enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and spending time with her border collie on her small hobby farm.
If you have been cleared by a doctor or health care professional to participate in unsupervised exercise training, please visit your program information under the settings menu tab. You will have to cancel your current program and create a new account under ‘Join For Free’ on the main website. Please complete the screening process and select the Exercise + Breathe + Learn + Move plan. You will then have access to your personalized exercise plan!

Increase weight or consider attending a fitness facility
Remember to increase the number of breaks you take during each exercise
